  • We offer a wide range of silks including Kanjivaram silk sarees (classic, vintage/traditional, bridal, soft-silk, etc), silk-cotton sarees, semi-silk, cotton sarees, dhotis, pattu pavadai for different age groups, and festive collections.
  • Every product listed is quality-inspected prior to listing. In the returns section we state: “All our products are quality checked and verified before listing them online.”

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed on a working day will be shipped the same day by 5:00 PM IST.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Domestic shipping (within India) is free of shipping charges.

  • For international shipments:
    They ship via UPS.
    There may be customs duties, taxes or charges at the destination which must be borne by the customer.
    A flat international shipping rate is ₹1000 per saree.

Yes — for delivery to remote locations, the customer is asked to contact the store in advance so that suitable courier arrangements can be made.

Returns

Returns are accepted within one week of you receiving your order.

1. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
2. If you simply change your mind (i.e., no defect), rather than a full refund, you will receive a credit note that can be redeemed for a future purchase. They do not offer refunds.

No, instead of a refund, a credit note (store credit) will be issued which can be redeemed for a future purchase. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.

Since all products are quality-checked prior to listing, if you find any defect, contact the store as soon as possible.

On their “Sale Collections” page it’s noted: “No Exchange, No Refund, No Return on sale collections.”

Additional Notes & Tips

  • It’s good to inspect the saree immediately on delivery for any damage or variation, and notify the store if any issue is found.
  • For international shipments, keep in mind additional duty/tax may apply at your end and that shipping is at a flat ₹1000 per saree.
  • Because some sarees may be ordered simultaneously by different customers, in rare cases the store may reach out if they’re unable to fulfill one of the orders.
  • For remote delivery locations within India, contact the store in advance to ensure courier service can be arranged.

    Remember: returns are only eligible if the saree is unused and in original condition, once fall/pico/blouse stitching is done (if applicable) or the saree is used, return may not be possible.
